Just like many of our customers, the team at CentricPA have gone through a period of strong growth and expansion over the past few years. The challenges we faced through 2020 prompted us to not only look for better ways to do things for our customers, but also for ourselves. So mid 2020 we set out to challenge the way we do things, from internal systems to how we interact with members outside of our organisation.
